Shipping
We quote the lowest shipping charges we can find, based on weight and dimension of product, FOB our dock, Eau Claire, WI to anywhere in the continental USA. We have great carriers that offer very reasonable shipping rates that we simply pass along to you. We make no money off shipping charges. If you are ordering signs only, these orders ship via Fed Ex.

Orders typically are shipped out in 2-3 weeks. Heavy seasonal demand early spring and late summer through fall where we are sometimes backed up 4-6 weeks. Please allow this time and shipping time when placing your order.

Drop Shipping
We offer drop shipping! We have a very experienced and effective drop ship program that works for everybody. Great for companies wanting to offer display units for their products and great for all manner of catalog companies. Contact Liz for more information.

Damages
When you order furniture to ship common carrier please let us know if you need call ahead service in order for you to make arrangements to get some help for bringing your items into your store. The drivers of the trucks get your order to the back of the semi trailer, cut through the packaging and hand the items down. It is usually up to the stores personnel to get the items into the stores. The drivers are not responsible for product beyond the back end of the truck. If at this time you notice any shipping damage, refuse the item and instruct the driver to start a claim. Also please call us immediately to let us know to follow up on the claim. The claim is our responsibility from then on. We will either refund you the purchase price or replace the item immediately. We do an excellent job of packing and rarely is there shipping damage.

We do not drop ship for e-stores and do not authorize our products to be sold on EBAY. We do not authorize the use of our images for any purpose. Our drop shipping program is intended for manufacturers who need display programs for their products (ie candle, coffee, tea, candy, bath & body companies to name a few), and for print catalog companies.
